Romans 1:16-17 (A Dynamite Message)

In this session, we concluded the study by looking at a mixed bag of ethical issues. We explored divorce, AI, separation between church and state, Christian nationalism, Covid-19, Environmentalism and Immigration.

In this session, we explore how we are to apply our ethics in various issues such as the biomedical world, Pharmaceuticals, birth control, Fertility methods, Capital Punishment and War.

In Session 4, we have finally entered into applied ethics, covering specific topics and how we should treat them ethically. In this session, we looked at homosexuality, transgenderism, abortion, euthanasia, suicide and the debate between egalitarianism and complementarianism.

In this session, we discuss the various Theistic systems of Ethics such as Divine Command Theory, Natural Law Theory and Absolutism. We also discussed the distinct takes when facing moral dilemmas. Finally, we end with the notion that all ethical systems fail, and that conclusion points us to Christ's life and work on our behalf and the necessity of The Holy Spirit being our guide through the issues in life we face.
