We as human beings are woefully bad at prioritizing on the fly. If we suddenly have available time and must decide what we are going to do, most often we will do nothing that moves our business forward. Sad, but true. We get so overwhelmed by the items on our to-do list. We simply can't decide which one to do first and end up doing none of them. Our frustration usually ends when we tell ourselves, "I am just going to grab a cup of coffee first" or "I'll check Facebook first". Then suddenly the time is gone.
