George is a Mindset and Performance Specialist who excels in helping clients achieve breakthroughs in their strategic mindsets. He is an accredited licensed NLP Trainer (ABNLP), Hypnotherapy Trainer (ABH), Time Line Therapy® Trainer (TLTA), NLP Coaching Trainer (ABNLP).

George had served in the Singapore Army for over 24 years before retiring as a Lieutenant-Colonel to transit into Leadership training. As a military officer, he was immensely involved in areas of Organisational Developments, eg. restructuring combat and operational units, and training leaders to manage and lead these units.

Since 2008, he has been passionately involved in the areas of human psychology and performance. He specialises in identifying improvement areas of the human psychology, and assisting people to overcome mental barriers to reach greater success. As a leadership curriculum designer, George designs training programs and educates his students in areas of Strategic Thinking, Critical Analysis, and Leadership building.

Besides his formal Master academic qualification, George is also a certified SSI and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI). He is the winner of the Subaru Challenge in 2008, and is also a fitness enthusiast at the same time. He holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, and participates regularly in marathons, triathlons, and extreme obstacle races such as Spartan Races and Viper Challenges.

Matthew Tweedie is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach , with a Masters in Hypno-psychotherapy  and NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer. He has always been fascinated with human behaviour and the boundless potential that often lies dormant within the mind.

I am Marc McDermott, a Trainer in NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy® and Coaching. I have 24 years experience in the field, and during that time I have met some remarkable people. Often we discuss the details of the techniques, but I am interested in what it has done for people, how their self development had accelerated, and the results people experience, both within themselves and the people they work with, their families and friends.

All over the Word, in many different cultures, we all encounter ourselves and each other in a similar way. We also have a unique approach to consciousness, and much to share which is of value to others. So I am more interested in the attitude and orientation of the leaders in the field, rather than the list of techniques we all know. By sharing the wealth of experience I hope to inspire others to join us on the journey, and find their way into it, so they live the life they were always meant to.
