Join me for a thoughtful conversation with guitarist and composer Marc Ribot about the role of the artist in today's political climate. His work has touched on many styles, including no wave, free jazz, rock, and Cuban music. Ribot is also known for collaborating with other musicians, most notably Tom Waits and Elvis Costello to name a couple. Marc is the driving force behind a new project where he collaborates with many artists on a CD entitles Songs of resistance 1942 – 2018.
