With experience as President of seven multinational companies across six countries, she now coaches over 50 CEOs through Vistage. As she approaches retirement, Lorraine is focusing her PhD research on the emotional and psychological challenges of this life stage. She plans to publish a book in 2025 to help HR leaders, retirees, and communities better prepare for and navigate retirement with purpose and optimism, aiming to reduce issues like loneliness and uncertainty.
