Greg Belfrage talks to listeners about banning cell phones in schools. This is in reaction to a recent survey about smartphones.  They are picked up at least 64 times a day by children even while in schools.  The reaction of most listeners is they didn't have cell phones while in school and therefore kids today can be without them. One caller said they should be banned nationwide.  Another caller pointed out the issues with students not having their cell phones and possible school shooter incidents.  Lots of great viewpoints.
