Greg Belfrage talks to listeners about the upcoming plan of republicans to get the SAVE Act passed. This Bill will be argued and voted on in the Senate this week.  Trump wants to get rid of the filibuster so they can pass the bill without the 60-vote majority needed.  Thune's sticking to his guns but republicans are saying if they can't get this act passed, they will blame Thune for the republicans losing the midterms in November.
