Things may sound a bit off today as nearby construction workers did not take proper precautions when digging and have impacted the RadioNL feed. But, we still got the whole episode here ready to go. On today's show, Acumen Law's Kyla Lee discusses a Supreme Court decision surrounding speeding as it related to dangerous driving. The 4-1 decision came Friday in the case of Ken Chung, who hit another car in Vancouver in 2015, killing the driver. He had his dangerous driving charge acquitted, but the SCC overruled that decision. Former MLA for Yale-Lilooet and former BC Transportation Minister Harry Lali joins me to discuss International Medical Graduates, or IMG's, being passed over in favour of Canadian students completing their MD's domestically and also in favour of foreign nationals who received their Medical Degrees from foreign countries.
