Today we continue with the Polaris Project report about the "States Report Card" dealing with how well States are, or are not, dealing with victims of human trafficking with criminal records. Are we realizing they were victims? Do we realize how difficult it is to move back into a productive lifestyle with a criminal record? How can we help? These are some of the questions we are many times just coming to grips with.
