Paul ends Romans with a list of specific members of the church of Rome, probably for a couple reasons. First, they really were dear to him. But also to establish his credibility to this church. He was asking for their help, and so here they had a list of people who knew Paul. "Oh, Priscilla! I know her! He must be okay, then."
