Today we will read 1 Samuel 22, 1 Chronicles 12, Psalm 142, and Psalm  52. We will see Saul's terrible sins of having the priests of Nob and  all the people killed. We will read a beautiful psalms written by David.  Today's daily application is to see ourselves in David when there are  people in our lives who are trying to say bad things about us and lie  about us when we are doing nothing wrong to them. Today we will talk  about being encouraged by seeing David's example of prayer to God,  showing that he is trusting in God despite the bad things happening to  him. We will talk about what a great example David is for us, because he  has a heart for God and loves and trusts God, no matter what is  happening to him.
