An Oklahoma citizen has filed an initiative that would amend the state constitution and treat abortion 
as God treats it - 1st degree homicide. This is the first effort in 43 years since Roe v. Wade that would actually 
seek to abolish human abortion and defy the Supreme Court of the United States.
