Today is March 9th, 2018, and today is Barbie Day. Back in 1959 at the “American International Toy Fair” hosted in New York City a brand new doll was unveiled. Interestingly, yesterday was International Women’s Day, and Mattel unveiled 17 new Barbie* dolls based on real women that many see as fantastic role models for children.
