Despite being ambushed by the rain , we had a peaceful and pleasant march to Whitehall... But as we approached Trafalgar square a vast quantity of fascists clad in union Jacks and Engerland flags started lobbing glass beer bottles at us and were intent on attack...
How the cops had let them into what was supposed to be a 'Sterile Zone' A buffer betwixt us and them beggars belief... With all that CCTV and helicopter live feed it's very surprising that Police Gold command could not pick out these marauders clad in flags and head them off at the pass... I do believe that the police let this situation happen, whereby 10,000 of us were kettled into Whitehall for over four hours with cops blocking all side road exits were blocked by cops... Poetic justice that the thugs the police command enabled injured 26 police officers... Oppose Fascism... Don't let the bastards win...
