Pennsylvania ranks 29th in the nation for overall crime rates and 34th for violent crime.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;A majority of cases are solved quickly and some take an enormous amount of man hours to investigate. There are those cases that never get solved ,here on studio 411 with the info we provide to you , the listener.
