Collender also notes that the GOP's plan to quickly repeal Obamacare has failed, and that may have far-reaching consequences for the rest of their agenda. 

 

Then we'll be joined by counterterrorism expert Whitney Kassel to talk about how Trump, for all of his bluster about getting touch on terrorism, has undemined that effort with a toxic mix of incompetence and Islamophobia.
