Marco Benevento is a multi-instrumentalist, virtuosic piano player and songwriter who fronts his eponymous full band project. The experimental performer came up in the NYC jazz scene and has collaborated with contemporaries such as Trey Anastasio, Joe Russo, John McEntire and Phil Lesch. Benevento releases material through his own label "the Royal Potato Family" who are well known for their representation in the indie jazz/jam scene and endeavor to support experimental artists of all kinds.
