Often I speak of "qualifications" of State Representatives. LA State Rep Marcus Bryant is a genuine nice person with a lot of heart, and a gentle personality. But don't take his easy going personality for granted. He is one of those legislatures that listens and thinks more about what is going on than talking about it. And I think that is very important.
