You might know Marcus Guiliano for his now widely-popular YouTube channel where he talks about being a restaurateur, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles. I knew him well over a decade ago when he was just getting started as a health influencer. Marcus owns Aroma Thyme Bistro in Ellenville, New York (just north of the city), where Kevin Burns once bartended. I met Marcus through Kevin and actually shot a few episodes of my show at his restaurant. We conducted this podcast, and a review of Dogfish Head Pangaea in his office upstairs on July 26, 2010
