The ASX 200 is up 8 points (+0.1%) at 7547, holding steady ahead of the RBA interest rate decision at 2:30 pm (AEDT) this afternoon.  Sectors are mixed with Utilities and Energy leading the way. Financials having a good day up 0.7% and Fin Ex REITS also up 0.7%. The Banks are up, CBA +0.2%, NAB +0.7%, WBC +0.5%, and ANZ +1.3%. The Big Bank Basket up 0.4% at $192.88. Defensive sectors are performing poorly, with Healthcare, and Telecoms both down 0.3%. Technology also down. All Tech Index down 0.4% and Info Tech down 0.5%. Gold down 0.4%. Maquarie Group (MQG) up 1.9% following Q3 trading update.  Centuria Capital Group (CNI) down 4.1% despite group total operation revenue up 14.6%. Australian reporting season in kicks off - Diary here. Dow Futures are up 46 points, and NASDAQ Futures are up 29 points.
