I will preface this post in saying that I am preaching to myself and acknowledging the log in my own here.

If you're looking at this segment's title, this week's Marcus's Monday "Motivational" is going to seem less than motivating because something needs to be said about how we as people will complain about any and everything, point fingers at any and everyone else except ourselves in terms of ownership and accountability for our own actions, and how we’ll never be fully satisfied with who and what we have.

This segment is brutally honest and explicit.
