That's the blunt message for former Silver Ferns player and netball coach Marg Foster following their capitulation at the hands of Malawi at the Commonwealth Games.
Foster says coach Janine Southby should have stopped tinkering with her combination, especially during such a significant event. 
She says that the loss is "rock bottom" for the Ferns, who face Scotland tonight.
