Margaret "Molly" Leigh, known as the "Witch of Burslem," was an English property owner in Burslem, Staffordshire, who was accused of witchcraft and later had her grave disturbed. Born in 1685, she lived a solitary life, selling milk and facing rumors of being a witch due to her physical appearance and perceived isolation. She was reportedly the target of the local parson, Thomas Spencer, who accused her of witchcraft and, after her death, led the disturbance of her grave.
