I draw on 25 years living and working globally, along with my background in business, psychology and coaching to make positive and sustainable behavioral changes and create better outcomes for themselves and others.

I also sit on the advisory board of Forbes Business School, have lectured at many universities (Columbia, SMU, Georgetown) and share my expertise with leading media such as Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Today Show. My four books have been translated into seven languages. My fifth book You've Got This: The Life-Changing Power of Trusting Yourself was released in March 2020 (Wiley publishing).
Last but not least, I'm the mum of four great kids. Juggling the demands of career and motherhood has fueled my passion for supporting other women to defy the gendered norms, beliefs and unconscious biases that too often hold women back. I founded Global Courage to help create a more equitable and inclusive world that harnesses the full value that diversity holds, in all its forms.
I also love hiking in beautiful places, most recently summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro with my husband and our children."
