Maria Doughty became president and CEO of The Chicago Network in 2020. She served as a director at Allstate for nearly 25 years, most recently as director of public policy and corporate counsel, before taking the helm of Chicagoland's most influential executive leadership organization, which is home to more than 500 women at the forefront of the city’s business, professional services, cultural, non-profit and educational institutions.
