Maria has had a very international life.  She is from Mexico and eventually returned to Mexico where she started a restaurant.  From there she analyzed how to improve the service.  She began offering classes to restaurant workers and owners.  Then she decided to become a restaurant consultant. During the pandemic she created a business using QR codes/surveys to help restaurant owners get immediate feedback about their clients' needs.  Her business is to respond to and monitor the remarks of her customers.  Her creative business idea is growing rapidly.
