This is the launch of season 2, and we kick it off with Maria Finn. Maria is an author, journalist, chef, and speaker. Her recent book Forage, Gather, Feast is an adventure along the edible landscape. She's the founder of Flora & Fungi Adventures where she hosts wild food-centric adventures from California to Alaska. She recently launched the Institute for Ecosystem-Based Living with pop-up events that bring together science, art, and food to explore how humans can become Keystone species. She also gives truffle talks, tastings, and truffle-hunting demonstrations with her faithful truffle-hunting dog Flora Jane.
