Philadelphia point guard is internationally known…the consummate point guard. The names Jimmy Lynam, Guy Rogers, Bilsky and Wohl, Fatty Taylor and Frankie Gillen come to mind but you have to add Marianne Stanley. Some of those guys are not in the Naismith Hall of Fame but Marianne is! She won 3 National Championships as a player at Immaculata College from ’72 to ’76. Plus, she is a HOF coach! She won 3 Natty’s at Old Dominion and coached some of the game’s best at USC and in the WNBA. Marianne is a Philly Special and gives her comparisons on today vs yesterday on and off the court.
