As Senior Director and Dean of Academics at Academica Virtual Education, Maribel supports over 35 schools across the United States and internationally. With more than 15 years of experience in K–12 education, higher education, and virtual learning, Maribel shares valuable insights on academic leadership, enrollment growth, curriculum development, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students in both online and in-person environments. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is passionate about expanding opportunities for diverse student populations and empowering both educators and learners to succeed. In addition to her leadership role, she also teaches Business and Finance courses at Doral College, helping students build practical, real-world skills.
