In this episode we invite back runner, coach, writer, podcaster and running journalist Mario Fraioli. It's been a couple of years since we've had him on, back in August 2016, to discuss the Olympic Preview. This time, it's all about Mario. We discuss his experience as a runner, as a coach and get his perspective on running Boston and Des Linden's win in horrible conditions. We also set up a rivalry between Mario and friend-of-the-show Matt Fitzgerald.
