Marissa “MoeJoe,” Joseph is a New Iberia, Louisiana native who labels herself and dance style as Afro-Creole, specializing in the areas of folk street dance.  She is a performer, teacher, dance fitness leader and entrepreneur who advocates the southern and Creole experience of music/dance through her dance fitness exercise, Bounce Fitness w/Moe Joe.  She has a BA in Communications Studies from Louisiana State University.
