In this week's episode. Marissa's first pregnancy at 18 brought challenges with Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) and positive Group B Streptococcus (GBS). Opting for a membrane sweep at 38 weeks led to false labor, a hospital visit with antibiotics, and a week later, another attempt with Pitocin, resulting in her daughter's birth the next day. In her second pregnancy, Marissa, despite heightened fear, returned to the same hospital. Experiencing natural labor while getting maternity photos done, she went to the hospital the next day for Pitocin but had more mobility. Her daughter arrived that night, accompanied by a frightening hemorrhage. For her third baby, Marissa desired a homebirth but faced challenges finding a midwife at 12 weeks with early bleeding.
