Marius Fransman says his decision to resign from the Western Cape Provincial legislature has nothing to do with the sexual harassment allegations against him or the court battle with tee, SCOPA. Fransman says the infighting, turmoil and factions within the party has made the ANC at a low in its 104 year history. Fransman says he will dedicate his future efforts to rebuild the trust between the people, civil society and the ANC.
