Marjorie Taylor Greene Makes Shocking Confession About How Much Republicans Suck
Marjorie Taylor Greene offered an analysis of the Republican Party on social media this past week, and it was so spot on that even her toughest critics had no choice but to agree with her. After the House averted yet another government shutdown by finally passing a spending bill, Greene took to Twitter (X) and said that the Republican Majority in the House is a "complete failure." Most people agree with her, but not for the same reasons.
Also, Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville went completely off the rails during a recent interview with right wing activist and pundit Charlie Kirk. Tuberville claimed that the fight between Left and Right isn't about ideas, it is about good (Republicans) versus evil (Democrats.) But that was tame compared to his claims that Liberals have somehow ruined sex education in public schools. Farron examines whether or not Tuberville is merely reciting talking points, or if he might genuinely be insane.
Finally, President Biden's campaign is hitting Donald Trump in a new way, blasting out a fundraising email where they refer to him as "Broke Don." They are taking a page out of Trump's playbook by using a derogatory nickname for the man who loves to dole out nicknames, and it's a pretty good strategy. On top of that, it touches on one of Trump's biggest insecurities, especially as he battles money problems in both his personal life and with his campaign.
