Today's passage is long and talks about money. In fact it takes a pretty hard stance in regard to wealth and how difficult it will be for the rich to enter the Kingdom of God. Notice, it is not impossible, rather it is more difficult, a lot more difficult.
I hope the text from today will both challenge you, but also open your eyes to see the world as a child sees it. I have no doubt the Gospel writer was very intentional with the invitation to be more childlike right before he addressed the topic of wealth.
