On this episode of the podcast Jester talks with Mark and Casey Moore about their 10-year section hike on the Appalachian Trail.

Mark and Casey set out to hike 100 miles in 2008 to celebrate Mark's 50th year and they continued section hiking every year after that until they completed the trail on Mt. Katahdin in Maine.

Mark has also written a book titled "Thirdway" which is a fictional account of hikers and their lives as they pass through the Thirdway Lodge.
