Mark Finlay is an influential figure in the field of peacebuilding and urban regeneration. Initially rooted in real estate and development, Finlay transitioned into politics and played a critical role in the peace talks between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He is a chartered surveyor and a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mark has extensive experience in public-private partnerships and urban development projects, particularly in Belfast.

Trey Cason is the host of the Good Governance Podcast and the Director of the Geneva Institute for Leadership and Public Policy. He is a student at the University of Oxford and has 15 years of experience in the fields of international development, urban development, and public policy.
