And, The Albany County Legislature approved an agreement with Saratoga County last night to build, operate and maintain an anaerobic digester together. The facility will treat bio solids, along with food waste, fats and oils so that they can be recycled instead of burned or put in a landfill.

It also set a public hearing for new pawn shop regulations and a proposal to ban conversion therapy.
