Mark Kennard, retired now, was the Director of Community Services at Bridgewell. He has been an advocate for substance use disorder prevention and treatment programs for more than 35 years. Mark served as the Executive Director of Project COPE for 20 years, where he oversaw the growth and expansion of specialized behavioral health programs, residential treatment and recovery housing, and young adult diversion programming for individuals with substance use disorders.
