Fellow podcast host Mark Kumar joined me today and we had a great time talking about how he helps business owners flip the script. With many people trying to form their life around their business, he suggests the opposite: find what you're truly passionate about, and build your business around that. Taking an unorthodox approach of doing what he calls "The Midnight Test", he says that whatever it is that you're passionate about, if you can be woken up at midnight and answer a question about it in 30 seconds, you're in pretty good shape. We even had a real world example where he tested the process on me, and we solved a pretty sticky challenge I've been having for 8 years. I gotta hurry up and take some notes and firm up some ideas, so I'll leave you to it.
