Mark brings in Susan Shelley, communications director for the Howard Jarvis Taxpayer's Association, on a number of stories including how SANDAG wants to charge riders a "congestion tax" because of the routes they take to work from long distances, as well as how ridiculous the "gas tax" increase is and will effect us going forward as it occurs today.
