In the latest episode of 'Good on Paper', I met with former SFA coach, Mark McKinven, as he talked through his Dream Team selections and provided some insight into his coaching philosophy. Mark and I also discussed some of his favourite memories supporting Rangers and we pondered Scotland's chances of qualifying for a major tournament for the first time since 1998.
