This week my guest is Mark Meincke. Veteran, award-winning author, and podcast host.

 

Mark was part of the Canadian light infantry and served in Croatia during the genocide.

 

Following the publishing of his first book, he was diagnosed with PTSD.

 

Mark found help with Peer Support and now helps Veterans and first responders through his trauma recovery podcast, Operation Tango Romeo.
