• Reframe challenges as opportunities to unlock energy and creativity. Make conscious choices instead of rationalizations to gain autonomy. Aim to live in alignment, doing what matters with who matters, when it matters.
• Regularly audit activities to reduce drains and increase energy-giving tasks. Allow space to feel emotions deeply, as vulnerability drives growth and healing. True fulfillment comes from alignment, not just wealth, status, or fame.
