If you think that the 12 disciples were the special ones that Christ used in the New Testament...you would be mistaken. One of God's choicest servants had humble beginnings, was forsaken by Paul, mentored by Peter, and eventually wrote the 2nd Gospel account in the NT. God restored Mark to a special service, to point people to Jesus - The Christ!
