Hermitage Group, founded by Russian real-estate developer Emin Iskenderov, hopes to finally start construction on Hermitage Plaza in Paris’ La Défense district, construction.com reports. Arquitectonica is the architect of record, and the plan would involve the demolition of four low-rise tenement buildings on the site. The plan has been in the works since at least 2015, when the demolition permits were filed.
