Mark Sometimes called John Mark, was an assistant to Paul & Barnabas and later on became Peter's assistant. The Gospel of Mark showed Jesus as a Servant King, and was written for unbelievers (like tracts) as Matthew was for the (Jewish) believers. Mark focuses on the miracles, what Jesus did during His ministry as the Son of God (8:29). What can we learn from the turning point of a Roman centurion when he heard the victory cry of Jesus on the cross? The response was to evoke a lesson for unbelievers to realize they've been doubting & ignoring Jesus all these years. Till one day something shocks you, God allows you to go through a crisis -then the turning point comes. Until you're afraid you're going to hell -you cry out for help. Until you're broke- you'll be fixed. May you help unbelievers read this book in the right way & let God work in their hearts. God bless you!
