I worked 35-years in Corporate America with 21-years at a C-Level, which means I reported to the CEO of the different organizations I was a part of. I was VP of a 5 million, 50 million, and a 500 million dollar organizations which taught me that what works in one works in the other just with different scaling. I am passionate on helping others develop as my Mission Statement is To Build Leaders One Person, One Team, or On Organization at a Time. I believe and teach servant leadership and realized early in my career that once I focused on others individuals success, mine came naturally.
