If you're into manifestation you're always hearing about "raising your vibration" or tuning into a "high frequency" but how do you actually do it? In order to step into a high vibrational state you must learn how to quiet your mind, tune into your heart, get grounded, listen to your intuition and clear your energy, angel! Also a disclaimer, you do not need to be at a high vibration ALL the time, you are human my love. This is just for you if you do have that intention to clear your energy and release. Hello my lovely souls!! Episode 6 is here and this is officially the launch of my new series - The Goddess Complex. This name came to me when I was on the treadmill as I was thinking about how I could share my recent shadow work learnings and practices with you guys! Having a goddess complex is NOT about blowing up your head and your ego, In fact, it is quite the opposite!

It is about staying TRUE to who you are as a SOUL, empowering yourself to bring your shadows out, and truly HEAL your wounds! You are stepping into your goddess complex when you are saying F it to the matrix we live in, and completely reprogramming your mind and belief system and find your worth again. This series will help you into healing your shadows, being incredibly magnetic, and break your current belief system once and for all.

We are no longer just affirming or pretending my love; we are completely rewiring our minds and old beliefs to EMBODY the goddess within us and unlock the divine feminine, the creatrixx who has come to reclaim her power in her life.

At the moment, I am having fun sharing food/travel content, so that is the account that I am focused on growing! Here are a few key takeaways for you to put into action to build your Instagram today:

- Hone down on your niche, and brainstorm SHAREWORTHY content for them!

- Build an Instagram community by responding to their comments, starting conversations, responding to DM's

- Unfollow people you do not resonate with anymore to make this easier

- Use your stories as your own personal reality TV show to build character, NOT as a bulletin board

- If you blew up with one specific content type, continue to hone in on those for at least a few months, do not begin posting random content

- Incorporate keywords, captions, and a few targeted hashtags when posting your video

This week has been the most breakthroughs I had in a single week. Giving myself permission to just completely let go and trust, has been the most liberating experience for my heart, body and soul. There have definitely been negatives this week, but I realized I have been preparing myself for these challenges, and in doing so, I have easily maneuvered through trying situations and have persevered. In doing so, my manifestations, a small and huge one were able to flow through my life. Simply by letting go and trusting that the Universe has my back.

In this episode, I discuss how to allow your manifestations to come through more easily, by removing negative blockages in your life and simply allowing your manifestations to come through. Manifesting is not only about embodying your manifestations but also clearing out blocks that may be stopping them from flowing through.
