The FDA and Ready Pac Foods, Inc. are recalling certain salad kits due to listeria contamination of the Rizo-Lopez cotija cheese in the kits. Affected kits include: Marketside Southwest Chopped and Bacon Ranch Crunch; Ready Pac Bistro Fresh Max Chopped and Quest Crunch Salad.
About 15,751 cases of these affected salad kits have been sold nationwide.
